The colors correspond to the RSVP status of the guests. Red means they have declined, Green means they have accepted, and Yellow (default) means they have not yet responded.
Can I group guests together even if they do not need to all sit together?
Yes. It is easy to create groups. Just click the “Add Groups” link at the top of the “Groups” panel. Enter a name for the group in the field provided and click the “Add” button.
How do I add guests?
Click the “My Events” link and then click “Add/Manage guests.”
In the guest book, select the group, if any, that you want to add the guest(s) to and click on the “Add Guest” link at the top of the “Guests” panel (the second panel).
How do I change my password?
Click the “My Account” link at the top of the workspace. On the resulting screen, you can change your information and password.
Rotate tables
There are no longer different tables in the tables panel for every rotation option of a rectangle or square table.
You can now simply click on a table and select “Rotate 90°” link from the menu. Need to rotate it again? Just repeat this process.
FYI, This option only works with rectangle or square tables. Circles don’t actually rotate.
